Jordan v. Pugh, 04-1095

Pursuant to Rule 54(b) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, the district court may enter separate final judgment on one or more but fewer than all claims in a lawsuit if the claims are separable and distinct from the remaining claims, and if there is no just reason for delay.
