ATLAS TEL. CO. v. OKLAHOMA CORP. COMM'N, 04-6096

The Oklahoma Corporation Commission's orders, which established interconnection obligations under the federal Telecommunications Act between rural telephone companies and defendants-commercial radio service providers, are affirmed where they are not in violation of the federal regulatory and statutory schemes.
