COPELIN-BROWN v. NEW MEXICO STATE PERS. OFFICE, 04-2099

In a wrongful termination suit, the denial of qualified immunity after a grant of summary judgment in favor of plaintiff is affirmed where the law in question was clearly established and a reasonable supervisor should have known that his or her activity violated plaintiff's constitutional rights.
