LANMAN v. JOHNSON COUNTY, 03-3316

In a wrongful discharge claim, dismissal of plaintiff's claims under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) is affirmed where plaintiff is not disabled under the ADA since she failed to establish that she is regarded as substantially impaired with respect to a major life activity.
