MCKENZIE v. BENTON, 02-8024

In an employment discrimination claim under the ADA, judgment in favor of defendant-employer is affirmed where plaintiff was not qualified to be a peace officer since she posed a "direct threat" to the health and safety of herself and her co-workers.
