SALLAHDIN v. MULLIN, 03-6108

The judgment of the district court, granting petitioner conditional habeas relief, is reversed where defendant failed to establish that his trial counsel "made errors so serious that counsel was not functioning as the 'counsel' guaranteed the defendant by the Sixth Amendment.
