JORDAN v. US POSTAL SERV., 02-5196

Summary judgment against plaintiff's Rehabilitation Act claim is affirmed where defendant-employer offered all reasonable accommodations, but dismissal of plaintiff's Family and Medical Leave Act claim is reversed where plaintiff suffered the loss of his wages for several months due to defendant's retaliatory acts.
