KAW NATION v. LUJAN, 03-6213

Dismissal of plaintiffs-tribe members' suit for lack of subject matter jurisdiction is proper where the claims involved a purely tribal dispute, and, as a result, the district court did not have jurisdiction to determine whether certain persons were properly appointed to the Kaw Nation Courts.
