VALDEZ v. BRAVO, 03-2102

Court reversed the district court's grant of habeas relief for plaintiff convicted of accessory to second degree murder, because sufficient evidence was presented at trial from which a jury could have inferred that plaintiff shared a community of purpose with the initial aggressor.
