United States Tenth Circuit

US v. DREWRY, 03-6011

Admission of testimony regarding defendant's alleged commission of prior acts of child molestation was not error. While the victims were not officially enrolled as members in the Comanche tribe, evidence supports the conclusion that they were Indians for purposes of 18 U.S.C. section 1152.
