Summary judgment was improperly granted to defendants on former acting student's constitutional challenges to defendants' insistence that she utter the words she finds offensive. Genuine issues of material fact exist with respect to plaintiff's free speech and free exercise claims; the grant of qualified immunity on both claims is reversed.
