GWINN v. AWMILLER, 00-1485

District court's summary judgment in favor of defendants on plaintiff's due process claim regarding his classification as a sex offender upon release from prison is vacated and remanded; plaintiff sufficiently alleged that his classification implicated a liberty interest. Summary judgment against plaintiff was proper on all his other claims.
