United States Tenth Circuit
ABUAN v. LEVEL 3 COMMUNICATIONS, INC., 01-1471, 02-1015, 02-1029
Record supported the jury's determination that plaintiff's demotion was the product of illegal age discrimination, and he is entitled to the statutory maximum on his Title VII claim for compensatory damages, back pay, front pay, and liquidated damages. Failure to adjust plaintiff's front pay to reflect promotions that he would have received but for defendant's illegal conduct was an abuse of discretion.
