United States Tenth Circuit

SNYDER v. CITY OF MOAB, 01-4046

District court did not err in granting summary judgment for defendants on plaintiff's procedural due process claim because no question of material fact existed as to whether she had a protected property interest in her job as city treasurer. Her motions for JMOL or a new trial were properly denied because there were ample grounds for the jury finding that the job of city treasurer required political allegiance.
