US v. PLOTTS, 02-3412

Sentence for receiving child pornography and an order requiring defendant to cooperate in the collection of his DNA is affirmed, where U.S.S.G. section 2G2.2(b)(4) mandates sentence enhancement by 5 levels for sexual abuse or exploitation of a minor and the DNA Act is constitutional.
