In a Chapter 7 bankruptcy dispute, the district court's finding that post-petition maintenance payments were not property of the bankruptcy estate under section 541(a)(5)(B) is affirmed as the spousal maintenance was not an "interest in property" acquired as a result of a property settlement agreement or final divorce decree.
