GOEBEL v. THE DENVER AND RIO GRANDE W. R.R. CO., 02-1391

Judgment in favor of the plaintiff is affirmed, as the district court did not abuse its discretion by ruling expert testimony was admissible where the underlying medical literature adequately supported the opinion, the expert's general causation opinion was reliable and the differential diagnosis was also reliable.
