Hobbs Act robbery and firearms convictions are affirmed over claims 1) of improperly suggestive and unreliable in-court identification procedures, 2) prosecution violated Fifth Amendment due process rights and the separation of powers, 3) for suppression of a confession, and 4) for suppression of security-camera videotapes.
