United States Tenth Circuit

AHRENS v. FORD MOTOR CO., 02-6284

Plaintiff has not shown that risk of falling from a tractor without a seat belt is beyond the contemplation of an ordinary consumer, so as a matter of Oklahoma law, the tractor in question was not defective for failure to provide warnings about the lack of a seat belt or the risks of operating the tractor without a seat belt.
