United States Tenth Circuit

US v. ESPINOZA, 01-4240

In appeals from an armed bank robbery conviction, 1) trial judge's response to the jury's note was not plain error, 2) evidence was sufficient to support defendant's conviction as a principal, and 3) an obstruction-of-justice enhancement was proper as it was based on a sufficiently reliable informant's statement.
