Under Oklahoma law on tortious interference with a contractual relationship, defendant acted in good faith in threatening to initiate legal action to protect its publication rights if plaintiff's distributor printed parody trading cards of Major League Baseball players. The litigation privilege was properly applied with respect to a libel claim against defendant.
