United States Tenth Circuit

US v. HOCKER, 02-4148

District court's denial of a motion to suppress evidence obtained incident to the search of a car, driven by the defendant but borrowed from a person other than the registered owner, is reversed because US v. Rascon, 922 F.2d 584 (10th Cir. 1990), does not deprive defendant of standing to maintain his claim.
