US v. DUNNE, 01-4147

The government need not expressly charge that a defendant's actions fall under the federal aiding and abetting statute, 18 U.S.C. section 2(b). A violation of 18 U.S.C. section 1001, for making a false statement to the Securities and Exchange Commission, is not a continuing violation for statute of limitations purposes.
