United States Tenth Circuit

JUAREZ v. ACS GOV'T SOLUTIONS GROUP, INC., 02-6069

In an employment discrimination claim, the jury could determine that reasons given for discharge were pretextual, and that a "merit" spreadsheet was fraudulent and merely a sham used to justify the termination. An award of punitive damages is upheld.
