In appeals from conviction for possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, 1) admission of testimony relating to marijuana was not unfairly prejudicial, 2) sufficient evidence supported conviction, and 3) adding of two points to a criminal history category for a plea in abeyance was appropriate.
