Where the district court erred in giving a presumption of correctness to the state court's harmless error analysis and in further assessing that analysis without a review of the state court record, denial of habeas relief vacated, and case remanded to the district court with instructions to address claim under the standard set forth in Brecht v. Abrahamson, 507 U.S. 619, 637 (1993).
