United States Tenth Circuit
US v. TOLES, 01-5009
In appeals from convictions arising out of a bank robbery, 1) court's refusal to suppress incriminating post-arrest statements was proper where statements were free and voluntary, 2) limitation on cross-examination of a witness was harmless beyond a reasonable doubt, and 3) convictions were supported by sufficient evidence.
