BURLESON v. SAFFLE, 00-6254

The Oklahoma case of Locke v. State, 943 P.2d 1090, and its holding related to "drive-by" shootings, cannot be applied retroactively, and appellant's convictions did not amount to a double jeopardy violation irrespective of that holding.
