CHANDLER v. CITY OF ARVADA, COLORADO, 01-1121
In a challenge to the constitutionality of a city ordinance which prohibits nonresidents from circulating initiative, referendum, or recall petitions in the city, a number of sections and amendments to the ordinance were found to violate the First Amendment.
