State court's denial of defendant's ineffective assistance of counsel claims arising from the failure to request instructions on intoxication, third-degree CSP, and criminal trespass was "contrary to, or an unreasonable application of, Federal law, as determined by the Supreme Court of the United States," 28 U.S.C. section 2254(d)(1).
