If a prisoner has already filed a petition filed pursuant to 28 U.S.C. section 2255, and later files a petition for a writ of error coram nobis or for a writ of audita querela, such writ may be classified as a section 2255 petition and, in this event, he would need authorization to file a second section 2255 petition.
