TOLES v. GIBSON, 00-6337

In a first-degree murder case where the defendant claimed voluntary intoxication, the failure to allow expert witness to testify on the effects of intoxication was harmless error given testimony that the defendant was alert and provided police with detailed description of the murder soon after the event.
