WRIGHT v. ABBOTT LABORATORIES, INC., 99-3331

Under Section 60-3305 of the Kansas Product Liability Act, a manufacturer need not warn hospitals of the danger of improperly administering drugs caused by confusing storage arrangements when drugs contained warning labels and hospitals should have known about the danger without a warning from the manufacturer.
