HARRISON v. WAHATOYAS, L.L.C., 99-1319
A corporate officer's signing and filing of a corporation's notice of appeal will not invalidate the notice simply because it was not signed and filed by counsel if a lawyer promptly thereafter enters a formal appearance on behalf of the corporation.
