In a city's suit against a defendant for fraudulent transfer, wrongful foreclosure, and conspiracy, and claiming that defendant's foreclosure of its deed-of-trust lien was barred by statute of limitations, the judgment of the court of appeals in favor of the city is affirmed as, a bankruptcy order enforcing a Chapter 11 restructuring plan is a debtor-creditor extension agreement under the terms of Tex. Civ. Prac. & Rem. Code section 16.037, and as such, the bankruptcy order is not subject to section 16.037's recording requirements.
