City of Dallas v. Abbott, 07-0931

In a declaratory action by the City of Dallas seeking to except certain information under the Public Information Act from disclosure, judgment of the court of appeals' that the information in the city's exhibits F and G is not excepted from disclosure is reversed as the timeliness of request for an attorney general opinion is measured from the date of a party seeking public information responds to a governmental body's good-faith request for clarification or narrowing of an unclear or overbroad information request.
