In a contract dispute involving renovation of a hotel in Houston, judgment of the court of appeals dismissing plaintiff's claims against the defendants for lack of personal jurisdiction is reversed in part as, because plaintiff's pleading lack Texas-specific allegations, the defendants negated all jurisdictional bases by proving that they do not live in Texas, and plaintiff has not presented any evidence to the contrary.
