Nabors Drilling, U.S.A., Inc. v. Escoto, 06-0890

In an action based on an auto accident caused by an allegedly fatigued off-duty employee of Defendant, judgment for Defendant is affirmed, where Defendant had no duty to prevent injury due to the fatigue of its off-duty employee or to train employees about the dangers of fatigue.
