Barr v. Sinton, 06-0074
In a Texas Religious Freedom Restoration Act (TRFRA) challenge to a zoning ordinance that precluded the use of private homes for ex-convict religious instruction, judgment for Defendants is reversed where strict scrutiny applied to the ordinance under TRFRA and it was not narrowly tailored to serve a compelling government interest.
