Texas v. Dawmar Partners, Ltd., 07-0548
In a suit arising from the condemnation of land for a highway project, judgment of damages for the value of land taken and diminished value of the remainder is affirmed in part and reversed in part where access to the remainder was not materially and substantially impaired, and the landowners were not entitled to severance damages resulting from permanent denial of direct access to the highway.
