Sacks v. Haden, 07-0472
In a dispute over an attorney's fee in a federal appellate representation, reversal of summary judgment for plaintiff-attorney is reversed where a written attorney's fee agreement that specifies only hourly fee rates may not be modified by evidence of an oral capping agreement.
