Unauthorized Practice of Law Comm. v. Nationwide Mut. Ins. Co., 05-0130

In an action for a declaratory judgment that an insurance company could use its staff legal counsel to represent its insureds, motion for rehearing is denied where plaintiff-insurer could use staff attorneys as long as the insurer's interests and those of its insureds were congruent.
