Kao Holdings, LP v. Young, 07-0197

In a suit against a limited partnership for damages, alleging that it owned the apartments where plaintiff was living when she fell in the laundry room and injured her hip, a decision affirming the liability portion of a default judgment against the partnership and its general partner and reversing the damages award is modified in part and otherwise affirmed where the default judgment against the partner had to be reversed as he was not sued individually and was not a defendant.
