City of Corsicana v. Stewart, 07-0058

In a premise defects case, a court of appeals decision reversing a trial court's grant of the City's plea to jurisdiction based on governmental immunity is reversed and suit dismissed where plaintiff failed to raise a fact issue regarding the City's actual knowledge of a dangerous condition.
