In a condemnation proceeding, a court of appeals judgment affirming summary judgment voiding the conveyances is reversed where: 1) pursuant to section 25.1032(c)(1) of the Tex. Gov. Code, the trial court had jurisdiction to decide issues of title arising out of the city's condemnation proceedings; but 2) there was no conclusive demonstration on the record that property descriptions in the constable's deeds were inadequate to convey title.
