Arkoma Basin Exploration Co., Inc. et. al. v. FMF Assocs. 1900-A, Ltd., 03-1066

Under Viginia law, Arkoma's reserve estimates in the mature Wilburton gas field were actionable as statements of fact, while those in the South Panola field were nonactionable statements of opinion; the judgment is affirmed as to certain partnerships, and reversed as to the remainder.
