Chambers v. O'Quinn, 06-1073
In a suit brought for legal malpractice in connection with defendant's representation and settlement of plaintiffs' toxic tort claims, a court of appeals' dismissal of plaintiffs' appeal is reversed where the court of appeals had jurisdiction to review an order compelling arbitration under the Texas Arbitration Act (TAA) as part of the appeal of a final judgment in the case.
