Lamesa Indep. Sch. Dist. v. Booe, 05-0959
In a suit against a school district seeking to recover under breach of implied contract and quantum meruit theories, denial of the district's plea to the jurisdiction is reversed and remanded where the court of appeals erred in finding that the district's immunity was waived by section 11.151(a) of the Education Code, as that section is not a clear and unambiguous waiver of immunity.
