City of San Antonio v. Ytuarte, 05-0991
In a police pursuit case brought by a bystander injured in a crash at the conclusion of a police chase, denial of summary judgment for defendant-city is reversed where: 1) the court of appeals did not analyze nor apply the good faith standard; and 2) the summary judgment evidence clearly indicated, without contradiction, that police officers met the good faith standard.
