Supreme Court of Texas
Ontiveros v. Flores, 06-0607
In a suit for fraudulent transfer, breach of fiduciary duty, tortious interference with a contract, conspiracy, conversion, and fraud, a court of appeals' reversal of summary judgment for defendant on all claims is reversed in part where plaintiff only challenged the summary judgment on the fraudulent transfer and breach of fiduciary duty claims, and thus, reversal as to the other claims was error.
